Program Details
The Zen Mainifesto is the last series of Osho's discourses. And in his last discourse, Osho concludes his talk with the last words of Gautama the Buddha:
"Sammasati--Remember that you are a Buddha".
Sammasati simply means "Right Rememberance", Right Mindfulness.
It is a master key given by the various enlightened masters to their disciples--from Buddha to Kabir, Nanak, and Osho.
It includes a process of Osho NeoVipassana, watchfulness, and in the words of J. Krishnamurti, the choiceless awareness.
Osho used these examples to show that true meditation is universal.
Whether you use the Buddhist term Sammasati, the Sufi/Bhakti term Surati, or George Gurdjieff’s term Self-Remembering, the mechanism is identical: dropping the illusions of the mind to fully wake up to the present moment.
Sw. Chaitanya Keerti, the author of the book “Mindfullness: The Master Key” will lead Sammasati Retreat at Osho Nisarga on the occasion of Buddha Purnima.
